Apec 1803是一種線性、無定形、紫外線穩定的高粘度共聚聚碳酸酯級。提供高韌性、低溫沖擊強度、玻璃狀透明度、良好的金屬化以及高尺寸精度和穩定性。表現出良好的電氣性能、良好的抗沖擊性、耐熱性、飽和脂肪烴、醇類、稀礦物酸以及中性和酸性鹽溶液，流動性強，溫度范圍從-30°C到200°C。可通過注塑加工。適用于在高溫應用中替代玻璃、金屬和標準聚碳酸酯。應用包括剎車燈、指示燈、船用燈和家用燈的燈罩。也可用于汽車內部燈罩、前照燈透鏡和鹵素系統的連接件。

Apec 1803 by Covestro is a linear, amorphous, UV stabilized, high viscosity co-polycarbonate grade. Provides high toughness, low-temperature impact strength, glass-like transparency, good metallization and high dimensional accuracy and stability.Exhibits good electrical properties, good resistance to impact, heat, saturated aliphatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, dilute mineral acids and both neutral and acid salt solutions.Shows good weatherability, flowability and broad temperature range from -30°C to 200°C.It can be processed by injection molding.Is suitable to be used as a replacement for glass, metal and standard polycarbonate in high-heat applications.Applications include covers for brake-, indicator-, ships' lights and domestic lamps.also used for car interior light covers, headlamp lenses and connector pieces for halogen systems.
